FORTICO FOODS believes in helping its customers as far as possible, and therefore informs the customer upfront about our cancellation policy.

• Cancellation of orders will be accepted and refund initiated under following conditions:
  1. The product was not delivered within 7 days of order placement and payment confirmation.
  2. The product was received in a damaged condition. In this situation, please report the same to our Customer Service team (customercare@fortico-foods.com) with photographs of damaged product. The request will, however, be entertained once Fortico Foods checks the same at our own end. This should be reported within 2 days of receipt of the products.
  3. In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site, you must bring it to the notice of our Customer Service team within 2 days of receiving the product with photograph of actual product received. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  In case of any Refunds approved by the FORTICO FOODS, it’ll take 3-5 days for the refund to be processed to the customer.
